The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kris Garmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Cherif Badis made a huge save. 11 minutes into the match, Anonimous FC's Madjid Moussa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristen Gulskov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anonimous FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Monks in Robes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alexandre Severo took the corner. Kris Garmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute Madjid Moussa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristen Gulskov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristen Gulskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madjid Moussa, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Lénárd Kósa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristen Gulskov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albinus Alking might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cherif Badis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albinus Alking ran back to his position shaking his head. After 27 minutes of play, Anonimous FC's Lénárd Kósa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristen Gulskov was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Anonimous FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Farid Fanon didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Anonimous FC's Alexandre Severo to fire away a dangerous shot which Kristen Gulskov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Albinus Alking's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cherif Badis firmly grabbed it by the left post. Anonimous FC's Cherif Badis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Anonimous FC from getting a goal against them. Monks in Robes's Fidel Havier was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cherif Badis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madjid Moussa in the 40th minute of play forced Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Kristen Gulskov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Ree made a kick off. Cherif Badis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Ree, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristen Gulskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madjid Moussa in the 52nd minute of play. Kristen Gulskov made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Rachid Saïdi-Sief sent off a good shot on target. 61 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Kader Hasni came free, but Kristen Gulskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Monks in Robes from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Anonimous FC's zone, Axel Ree stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cherif Badis came out of the goal and Axel Ree tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Rachid Saïdi-Sief came free, but Kristen Gulskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
