Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Medero Barral took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes of play, Altza Herria's Christiano Ronaldo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio-César van Beek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 8th minute of play. Julio-César van Beek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Fontirroig, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 17th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Altza Herria booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Casaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Altza Herria's Christiano Ronaldo. But to his dismay, Christiano Ronaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Medero Barral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio-César van Beek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 38th minute of play. Julio-César van Beek came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Altza Herria getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pipo Pi hit a great ball. Orlando Casaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Julio-César van Beek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Christiano Ronaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Altza Herria's goalkeeper Julio-César van Beek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. In the 53rd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Julio-César van Beek made a huge save. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Saavedra in the 63rd minute of play. When Altza Herria's Medero Barral in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Altza Herria from getting a goal against them. Richie Carmona hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medero Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Medero Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medero Barral in the 75th minute of play. If Christiano Ronaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pipo Pi made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Felix Garrido. 83 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio-César van Beek. Altza Herria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After 87 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Alan Tamayo. The supporters of Chile booed when Altza Herria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richie Carmona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alan Tamayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Medero Barral in the 94th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pipo Pi hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
