Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcus-Vinícius Berg took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus-Vinícius Berg in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute Marcus-Vinícius Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 11th minute. Marcus-Vinícius Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus-Vinícius Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcus-Vinícius Berg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus-Vinícius Berg came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus-Vinícius Berg in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aki Pego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aki Pego came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus-Vinícius Berg's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus-Vinícius Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Magen David's Aki Pego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Marcus-Vinícius Berg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magen David's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus-Vinícius Berg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Magen David's Boyde Bleazard was substituted for Xano Maaholm. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Aki Pego managed to make a qualified save. Magen David's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Marcus-Vinícius Berg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Marcus-Vinícius Berg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Camilo Gisbert fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Camilo Gisbert a yellow card for diving instead. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aki Pego was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aki Pego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 59th minute of play. Marcus-Vinícius Berg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Magen David made a substitution. Jedaiah Sakhai replaced Marcus-Vinícius Berg. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedaiah Sakhai in the 70th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jedaiah Sakhai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Aki Pego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Aki Pego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Saelices in the 80th minute. The audience was convinced that Jedaiah Sakhai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. A collision led to Magen David getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jedaiah Sakhai hit a great ball. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Magen David. Giora Hamburg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Julio Vera. 2-1. After 97 played minutes Magen David got a freekick which was hit by Azarious Menkes.
