Teo Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Teo Bernaldo in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ecuador booed when StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. The StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
