Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Costel Ţintă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Costel Ţintă got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 2-0. Walter Zenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 32nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Costel Ţintă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walter Zenga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Dan Tinu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Augustin Vergulescu fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scorpions -MM-'s protests and gave Augustin Vergulescu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Augustin Vergulescu got a free kick in the 39th minute. Scorpions -MM-'s Alex Vrânceanu got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Costel Ţintă kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 3-0 in the 45 minute of play.

The wind increased when Costel Ţintă made the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Scorpions -MM-'s Traian Uzuneanu was substituted for Augustin Vergulescu. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Traian Uzuneanu hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 66th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Walter Zenga firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, one of Scorpions -MM-:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Vătăşel in the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Ţintă in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Uzuneanu in the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Ţintă came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Giuverdea to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Walter Zenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Scorpions -MM-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
