After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham Alguacil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leevi 盛世 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Alex Cambeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leevi 盛世 was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Berganza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 69 minute of play. Panama's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
