The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Rey's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Rey in the 6th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Cristo Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tony Uchiha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Rey in the 28th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonso Berganza got a throw-in 29 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Moises Gayoso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play forced R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's goalkeeper Tony Uchiha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Murillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tony Uchiha. That made the score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. Peru were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tony Uchiha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 64th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Uchiha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Adışirin Azayev was substituted for Ambrosio Frisco. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jesus Ofelio, made in the 67th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Uchiha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karol Borowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 77 minutes of play, R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Cristo Rey made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Lekberg in the 79th minute of play. After 81 played minutes R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И got a freekick which was hit by Wincent Poling. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Wincent Poling hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Rafael Gallo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Tony Uchiha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Peru got a corner. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Mina ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Milagros Fraga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tony Uchiha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Milagros Fraga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tony Uchiha. That made the score 2-3 after 86 minutes of play. 88 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Rey came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adışirin Azayev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the game, Antonio Tenorio lined in a short shot 2-4 behind a frustrated Tony Uchiha. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И throughout the match.
