Jonathan Ferrant had great luck who in the 38thth minute grab hold of the ball when Hortêncio Nogueira from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Tomas Illescas scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 齐磊银, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a ☆冰谷☆〓嗜血〓风暴进行曲╋'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 齐磊银 made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target.
