After 15 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Ek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Cambeiro in the 19th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Billesholm defense, Isidoro Sarmiento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Ek. The Billesholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Ek should have stopped the shot. Daniel Ek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Ek. Billesholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After 33 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Ek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Michael Åhlberg's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Michael Åhlberg helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 43rd minute of play. Daniel Ek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eskil Qvarnström in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Daniel Ek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 70th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Daniel Ek in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Billesholm booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Alguacil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidoro Sarmiento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Daniel Ek made a huge save. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Daniel Ek came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 79th minute. Billesholm's Edvin Vase managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jose Carita in the 89 minute of the game. A collision led to Billesholm getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Edvin Vase hit a great ball. Abraham Alguacil took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Ek. Daniel Ek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. When the match was over Panama could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Billesholm throughout the match.
