Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Timmy Skog kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes of play, BK Gunilla's Otto Smitt made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! BK Gunilla's Axel Thidén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 6th minute of play. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Skog in the 19th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Timmy Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Otto Smitt in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. After 23 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. When Nils-Åke Johansson came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the BK Gunilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Åke Johansson couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Nils-Åke Johansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Timmy Skog might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timmy Skog ran back to his position shaking his head. Timmy Skog in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Axel Thidén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, BK Gunilla's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Axel Thidén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Smitt in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timmy Skog in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. When William Olenberg fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Gunilla's protests and gave William Olenberg a yellow card for diving instead. William Olenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Skog in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Timmy Skog made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match William Olenberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. BK Gunilla's Axel Thidén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save BK Gunilla from getting a goal against them.
