Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benigno Quinten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Isidoro Sarmiento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Benigno Quinten made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Benigno Quinten in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 柳文谦 made a kick off. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Quinten saved 【天下】☆长空☆大唐不夜城 from getting behind. After 61 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Miralles. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Benigno Quinten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, 【天下】☆长空☆大唐不夜城's 高启强 got a free kick in the 69th minute. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benigno Quinten was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 87th match minute, 【天下】☆长空☆大唐不夜城 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 莫景霆 to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, 【天下】☆长空☆大唐不夜城's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Benigno Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, 李桦默 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Panama were the better team. Panama's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
