After having played for 3 minutes, Nicanor Gustau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Real Cantera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicanor Gustau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaudencio Frichoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaudencio Frichoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Emanuel Phelipe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Real Cantera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 10th minute, Emanuel Phelipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Real Cantera's attentive Herminio Lano managed to snatch the ball when Orlando Tafalla made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Agustin Lain sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Frichoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Emanuel Phelipe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. Emanuel Phelipe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Club Real Cantera's Gaudencio Frichoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 30th minute of play. Emanuel Phelipe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Phelipe. Gaudencio Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Phelipe was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Club Real Cantera's Emanuel Phelipe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Club Real Cantera's goalkeeper Gaudencio Frichoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. In the 64th match minute, Club Real Cantera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Mosen to maneuver through the defense. Gaudencio Frichoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 65th minute of the match. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Gaudencio Frichoso made a huge save. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kevin Mastache in the 78th minute. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Phelipe in the 80th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Gaudencio Frichoso threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ignacio Mastache, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Club Real Cantera's Arturo Duro was substituted for Victorio Mosen. Club Real Cantera's Silverio Gaxan was substituted for Agustin Lain. Kevin Mastache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Frichoso having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Real Cantera fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
