Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the ☆Charallave☆ defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonzo Eleizalde. The ☆Charallave☆ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonzo Eleizalde should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonzo Eleizalde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Gonzo Eleizalde made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th match minute, ☆Charallave☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Morante to maneuver through the defense. Gonzo Eleizalde made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. When Salomone Floranes fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☆Charallave☆'s protests and gave Salomone Floranes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Salomone Floranes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gonzo Eleizalde came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. In the 27th minute, ☆Charallave☆'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 31st minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gonzo Eleizalde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, ☆Charallave☆'s Gonzo Eleizalde got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gonzo Eleizalde, 3-0. Salomone Floranes got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 44th match minute, ☆Charallave☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomone Floranes to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th match minute, ☆Charallave☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Morante to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho scored 4-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gonzo Eleizalde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruben Gay was the one to do the kick off. Gonzo Eleizalde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, ☆Charallave☆'s Regis Espiga got a free kick in the 55th minute. Gonzo Eleizalde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ☆Charallave☆'s zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzo Eleizalde came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gonzo Eleizalde came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Darien Beltran hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Gonzo Eleizalde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a rather tough play, ☆Charallave☆'s Christopher Gay got a free kick in the 67th minute. Gonzo Eleizalde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 76th minute, Orlanda Orantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzo Eleizalde having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Gonzo Eleizalde. ☆Charallave☆'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. After 88 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonzo Eleizalde was left in no man's land by his defense there! 91 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonzo Eleizalde. ☆Charallave☆'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. In the 93rd minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
