Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ma Yong Jun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slawomir Majak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ma Yong Jun having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arvin Svanberg in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Slawomir Majak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karen FC's Ma Yong Jun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Arvin Svanberg struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karen FC. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Bai Yan Feng took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Rickard Lövkvist hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the game, Slawomir Majak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd minute, Oskar Sandell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th match minute, Karen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Carlsson to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Slawomir Majak notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

In the 51st minute Arvin Svanberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ma Yong Jun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slawomir Majak in the 56th minute of the match. After 57 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rickard Lövkvist who took care of the corner kick. Guillermo Mariano thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Jonathan Ferrant, a very annoying self made goal in the 57th minute which led to 5-0. Rickard Lövkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jose Correa charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Correa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Arvin Svanberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Sandell in the 77th minute of the match. Karen FC's Arvin Svanberg got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Slawomir Majak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvin Svanberg in the 84th minute of play. Slawomir Majak took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Karen FC's Bon Guidetti was substituted for Arvin Svanberg. Karen FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
