An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoud Van Gestel in the 14th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Bob Leerbels tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru's Efraim Gilabert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roy Voet in the 18 minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Leo Dauwen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Bacardi FC's Bob Leerbels nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of play forced Bacardi FC's goalkeeper Leo Dauwen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roni Coryn in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roni Coryn in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 33rd minute Arnoud Van Gestel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play forced Bacardi FC's goalkeeper Leo Dauwen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Roy Voet threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Dauwen. Leo Dauwen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Leo Dauwen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Dauwen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 45th minute of the match. Leo Dauwen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roni Coryn to strike the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bob Leerbels in the 50th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoud Van Gestel in the 51st minute of play. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Bacardi FC's Arnoud Van Gestel. But to his dismay, Arnoud Van Gestel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Bacardi FC made a substitution. Cornelis Rondas replaced Roy Voet. Torsten Åkesson kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Dauwen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoud Van Gestel in the 63rd minute of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bob Leerbels in the 65th minute of play. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Cornelis Rondas made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. In the 69th minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karel Christiaens in the 75th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoud Van Gestel came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. 94 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Karel Christiaens came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Peru players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bacardi FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
