Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Humberto Cordario kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Prospero Ignado managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Emilia Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Ignado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Humberto Cordario recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. Humberto Cordario showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Amado Favila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Ignado came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Carita hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, La Emilia Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Amado Favila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Favila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 23rd minute of the match. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The supporters of Panama booed when La Emilia Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Cordario didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Cordario in the 35th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Miguel Miralles hit a great ball. In the 39th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. La Emilia Fc's Feliciano Leguizamón got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 48th minute, Panama's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Prospero Ignado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berganza to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Leguizamón in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prospero Ignado during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Panama booed when La Emilia Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Ignado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match, Abraham Alguacil got a very nice opportunity to score, but Amado Favila was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Favila having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes La Emilia Fc got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Cordario. La Emilia Fc made a substitution. Gervasio Ixidor replaced Prospero Ignado. Amado Favila had in the 77thth minute some difficulties stopping Abraham Alguacil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Panama's Abraham Alguacil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amado Favila made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. La Emilia Fc's Amado Favila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 91st minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Humberto Cordario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Berganza was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 99th minute. Panama's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
