Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cléber Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cléber Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cléber Souza. Cléber Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Arí Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 11th minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 12 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Maxaranguape - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute Arí Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 24th minute. Arí Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Paiva in the 32nd minute of play. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Paiva in the 36th minute of the match. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arí Paiva in the 37th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléber Souza having to interfere. If Hugo Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Moreno to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arí Paiva to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Cléber Souza made a huge save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Paiva in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Paiva came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Cunha in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Arí Paiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Cunha in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Cléber Souza got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Arí Paiva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Cléber Souza in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arí Paiva in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 87 minutes into the game, Dráuzio Moreno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 94th minute. If Hugo Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
