Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Karl-Magnus Tidén got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 18th minute of play forced Sputchi FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Olejmeulen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eskil Engström hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Eskil Engström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eskil Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Karl-Magnus Tidén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sputchi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Magnus Tidén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulf Hamnberg in the 36th minute. A nice corner shot did that Karl-Magnus Tidén got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Tidén in the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Sputchi FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Mattias Tidéksson hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Karl-Magnus Tidén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. André Petersson's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Petersson helped the player get up and apologised. André Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. 55 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Tidén came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Svante Lundblad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Villiam Forsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sputchi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Villiam Forsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sputchi FC's Karl-Magnus Tidén in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 73 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Sputchi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svante Lundblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sputchi FC made a substitution. Kjell Haström replaced Svante Lundblad. Svante Lundblad hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Eskil Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Nicolas Olejmeulen in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, Sputchi FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Olejmeulen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Cristian Sancho scored 0-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Olejmeulen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
