Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 5th minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mete Golob, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. A collision led to Glasston getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Bennett Rishton hit a great ball. After 38 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlton Convine was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlton Convine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlton Convine having to make a save. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

56 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlton Convine. Glasston's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 61 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael van der Vaart came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Casaus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlton Convine having to make a save. 69 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlton Convine, 1-4. Carlton Convine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedro Indiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Glasston.
