MINAS TIRITH's Niculae Dudău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, MINAS TIRITH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gelu Scaeru to maneuver through the defense. Phoenix Alb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. After having played for 18 minutes, George Alupulesei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MINAS TIRITH's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Alupulesei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, MINAS TIRITH's Gelu Scaeru got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 25 minutes, Florin Nenciu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MINAS TIRITH and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. 24 minutes into the game, one of MINAS TIRITH:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Vlăsiu in the 29th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liviu Vlăsiu succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Gelu Scaeru hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as MINAS TIRITH's Phoenix Alb slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-1 after 47 minutes of play.

Niculae Dudău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Niculae Dudău quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in MINAS TIRITH's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niculae Dudău came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Liviu Vlăsiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. MINAS TIRITH's supporters rose to their feet, but Liviu Vlăsiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Vlăsiu in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Phoenix Alb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Niculae Dudău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phoenix Alb, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Liviu Vlăsiu took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Niculae Dudău made a huge save. In the 89thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MINAS TIRITH's Niculae Dudău was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Phoenix Alb went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 97 minutes into the game, Liviu Vlăsiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. MINAS TIRITH's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
