Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil dos Santos in the 9th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Gil dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gil dos Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adalberto Vianna got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Marques in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Falcão Marques in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Falcão Marques looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 30 minutes into the game, Falcão Marques recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita. Falcão Marques showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. When Falcão Marques in the 33rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Ricardo Zorita kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 4-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Chicão Matos hit a great ball. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Marques in the 42nd minute of play. Falcão Marquess short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Ricardo Zorita to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arnaldo Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moises Fernandino to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Abram Luque managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Abram Luque was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute, Falcão Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Abram Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Secco to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Falcão Marques's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Marco Tamayo hit a great ball. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF made a substitution. Luís Eduardo Arce replaced Gil dos Santos. There was no doubt that Rondinone F.C - FDFDF were the better team. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
