Jānis Lielais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Skytt in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 46 minutes, Baldomero Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LVCVS AVGVSTI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Chano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artūrs Sagalats stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 71st minute Ronny Skytt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jānis Lielais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Du Yuan Chao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Felipe Gutierrez was substituted for Venancio Olayo. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Wu Xiong Xuan was substituted for Ferdinand Agachi. After 75 played minutes LVCVS AVGVSTI got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Gutierrez. Rosario Escarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jāzeps Pics in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomero Chano got free with Jānis Lielais in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinholds Jaunzems in the 89th minute of play. Felipe Gutierrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rosario Escarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilis Lettlands, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the LVCVS AVGVSTI players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SK Annenieki.
