Adriano Secco's late challenge caught a Bolivia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriano Secco helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Adriano Secco hit a great ball. João Vítor Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso de la Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Ferrant in the 23rd minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper João Vítor Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Vítor Alves came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig. But to his dismay, Eduardo Fontirroig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. João Vítor Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Chicote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Fontirroig scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Vítor Alves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Vítor Alves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Fernandino went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Alfredo Ferrant ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Vítor Alves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Charles Sarmento kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafinha Sergipano in the 52nd minute of the match. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Falcão Marques quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ismael Tejedor, made in the 56th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the game, Julio Chicote cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. João Vítor Alves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
