Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, CAFC1905's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Leandro Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Gombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Agustín Saelices ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Gombal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Leandro Gombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Eduard Micineanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leandro Gombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Gombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leandro Gombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of the match. Leandro Gombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, CAFC1905's Eduard Micineanu got a free kick in the 39th minute. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal did a great save. CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Sebastián Puig in the 45th minute of play. Felix Montenegro scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Gombal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

55 minutes into the match, CAFC1905's goalkeeper Leandro Gombal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leandro Gombal. That made the score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. With a little luck, CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Gombal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 69th minute. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Gombal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 72nd minute of play. Norman Brent kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Leandro Gombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 74th minute of the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Micineanu in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Micineanu in the 76th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduard Micineanu's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After 79 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. CAFC1905's Rupert Freeman was substituted for Cecilio Fagildo. In the 80th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leandro Gombal was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CAFC1905 throughout the match.
