Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Çeliker Dölek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sakaryaspor's Önder Kornes got a free kick in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Çeliker Dölek got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 16 in the game by Çeliker Dölek from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Hudson Magalhães's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Çeliker Dölek put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Esat Şahit made in the 23rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gabriel Vaagen immediately put the ball in play. Çeliker Dölek had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 33rd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanos Saatsakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Çeliker Dölek got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 蔡辰锋 made in the 36th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Esat Şahit however managed to control. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thanos Saatsakis having to interfere. In the 43rd play minute Çeliker Dölek came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 5-0. In the 46th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Thanos Saatsakis. Sakaryaspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çeliker Dölek made a kick off. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The Sakaryaspor fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Sakaryaspor's Önder Kornes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çeliker Dölek in the 62nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Sakaryaspor were awarded a corner. Sezer Kutertan went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thanos Saatsakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. 蔡辰锋 made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. In the 71st minute, Sakaryaspor's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Önder Kornes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Sakaryaspor getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. 蔡辰锋 hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Dinçer Pekel notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 91 minutes, Dinçer Pekel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sakaryaspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dinçer Pekel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinçer Pekel scored 8-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 97 minutes into the match, Dinçer Pekel notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
