Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. İsa Sanay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Facundo Cadaval got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 7 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. İsa Sanay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Akın Onar during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sakaryaspor getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Akın Onar hit a great ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İsa Sanay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. İsa Sanay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Tafalla went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Sakaryaspor's İsa Sanay. İsa Sanay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsa Sanay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Lautaro Mancebo advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-5 in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Sakaryaspor's İsa Sanay. İsa Sanay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. İsa Sanay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. İsa Sanay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Cadaval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Erdem Felek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Sakaryaspor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 38th minute of play forced Sakaryaspor's goalkeeper İsa Sanay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İsa Sanay. İsa Sanay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. İsa Sanay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. İsa Sanay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Facundo Cadaval went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. The Sakaryaspor players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-9.

The wind increased when Faruk Nafiz Sarısaltuk made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet İlke Filiz charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet İlke Filiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Sakaryaspor's zone, Luca Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İsa Sanay came out of the goal and Luca Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of İsa Sanay. Lautaro Mancebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but İsa Sanay made a huge save. Luca Zorita struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. İsa Sanay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with İsa Sanay in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsa Sanay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gürol Özduran charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gürol Özduran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes Sakaryaspor got a freekick which was hit by Gürol Özduran. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İsa Sanay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Sakaryaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erdem Felek to maneuver through the defense. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Facundo Cadaval had several of the Sakaryaspor's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 86 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-13 score and a disappointed İsa Sanay as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 89 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-14 with a short kick to the right side. Sakaryaspor's İsa Sanay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sakaryaspor.
