Gilberto Fernandez came out of the goal and Remigio Mergildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Milan's Bernabe Eskuin got a free kick in the 8th minute. Gilberto Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Fix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milan's Gilberto Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Fix in the 28th minute of play. Felix Harriet kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Mergildo came free, but Gilberto Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Fanuco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute, Guido Fix made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Fernandez. Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Felix Harriet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Arnoldo Chale made a huge save. Gilberto Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Mergildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Mergildo in the 44th minute of play forced Milan's goalkeeper Gilberto Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half С О К О Λ Ъ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Guido Fix fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored С О К О Λ Ъ's protests and gave Guido Fix a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of С О К О Λ Ъ booed when Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Harriet didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Milan getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bernabe Eskuin hit a great ball. Milan's Aquiles Esdras was substituted for Bernabe Eskuin. Arnoldo Chale went to the wrong direction when Hernan Incendio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Gilberto Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Bras in the 97th minute of play. С О К О Λ Ъ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
