The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th match minute, Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klim Gabelkov to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulino Cheche got free with Leontin Joldea in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of JEMBer UTara booed when Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klim Gabelkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sonny Hidayat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leontin Joldea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Paulino Cheche dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leontin Joldea, 1-0. JEMBer UTara's Cheng Hao Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Sentosa in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë booed when JEMBer UTara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Cheche didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, JEMBer UTara's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Sentosa came free, but Cheng Hao Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Paulino Cheche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JEMBer UTara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulino Cheche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Hidayat came free, but Leontin Joldea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hasan Sentosa took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cheng Hao Wei. Cheng Hao Wei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a little luck, Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë's Leontin Joldea got control of the ball when Paulino Cheche tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match, Sonny Hidayat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leontin Joldea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 43rd minute, Péter Parker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë's goalkeeper Leontin Joldea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulino Cheche. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
JEMBer UTara made a substitution. Rafet Nesip replaced Paulino Cheche. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafet Nesip to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, JEMBer UTara's Rafet Nesip made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leontin Joldea was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Sonny Hidayat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. JEMBer UTara's Cheng Hao Wei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save JEMBer UTara from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute Rafet Nesip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leontin Joldea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Rafet Nesip had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leontin Joldea. Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafet Nesip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 70 played minutes Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë got a freekick which was hit by Ellie Somantri. Rafet Nesip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 72 minutes into the match, Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë's goal looked a bit too open when Rafet Nesip came free, but Leontin Joldea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafet Nesip in the 74th minute of play forced Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë's goalkeeper Leontin Joldea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafet Nesip's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leontin Joldea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Rafet Nesip struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Leontin Joldea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JEMBer UTara. After 88 played minutes Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë got a freekick which was hit by Klim Gabelkov. Rafet Nesip scored 4-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leontin Joldea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. JEMBer UTara were victorious despite being under pressure from Ťĥē Řïśĭηģ §ŧŕĩкë for much of the match.
