A collision led to Oliver FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Hagen Schmitt hit a great ball. Oliver FC's Tugay Rasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernso Constant in the 18th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Oliver FC's Gerhard Martin Fehr made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Oliver FC's Noel Seide threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Volkmar Meierhofer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Volkmar Meierhofer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Noel Seide. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. Tugay Rasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to Oliver FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Volkmar Meierhofer hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Volkmar Meierhofer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Noel Seide was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 45th minute of the match, Hagen Schmitt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Noel Seide saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Alphonse to make the kick off. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oliver FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonathan Alphonse was slow to take the kick. During this time Haiti's players had a chance to rest. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When Ernso Constant came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernso Constant couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Jonathan Alphonse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl Petri charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Petri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd match minute, Oliver FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Petri to maneuver through the defense. Dan Paun made in the 66th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gerhard Martin Fehr however managed to control. Haiti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 98 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Gerhard Martin Fehr came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Oliver FC were the better team. Oliver FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
