Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. Roland Bracks short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. César Boldrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 10 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roberto Cibran who took care of the corner kick. In the 12th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Valladares in the 14th minute of play. Vila Industrial FC's César Boldrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 18th minute of play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. César Boldrini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Dorian Valladares might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dorian Valladares ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Boldrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game was made by Camilo Gisbert with Luis Andino as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roland Brack made a kick off. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Vila Industrial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shao Guo Sha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorian Valladares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, Vila Industrial FC's Dorian Valladares made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vila Industrial FC were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Cibran took the corner. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Dorian Valladares put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. In the 72nd minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. The throw-in from Camilo Gisbert in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vila Industrial FC's Timmy Zander. Benedicto Obano might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Obano ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Benedicto Obano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. 84 minutes into the game, Benedicto Obano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aleksandr Leonov kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Timmy Zander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute of the match Vila Industrial FC got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roberto Cibran ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Roberto Cibran almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. The Vila Industrial FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
