Cristian Sancho helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aybar Bayezit in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Aybar Bayezit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Aybar Bayezit got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Levandovskiy got free with Julio Vera in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 19 played minutes Unica FC got a freekick which was hit by Konstantin Vostrikov. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Unica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Nikita Gudkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match Unica FC got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Apostolikas Gaitanopoulos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Unica FC's Apostolikas Gaitanopoulos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nikita Gudkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Cristiano Levandovskiy tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Sevastyan Lemeshevskiy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julio Vera, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Unica FC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikita Gudkov came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Cristiano Levandovskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikita Gudkov having to interfere. Felix Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikita Gudkov having to make a save. The supporters of Unica FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cristiano Levandovskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Cristiano Levandovskiy made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nikita Gudkov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 71st minute Cristiano Levandovskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute. Nikita Gudkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaromir Sharapov in the 77th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Levandovskiy in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Apostolikas Gaitanopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Unica FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
