Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Mattias Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mattias Jansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 7th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoffer Mårtensson. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Christoffer Mårtensson sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of play forced Los Frogos's goalkeeper Mattias Jansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haldun Bilen in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Haldun Bilen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agustín Saelices's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Jansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Tomas Godholm hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Frogos's goalkeeper Mattias Jansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mattias Jansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mattias Jansson quite easily take care of the ball. After 46 played minutes Los Frogos got a freekick which was hit by Roy Broberg. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christoffer Mårtensson in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Jansson having to interfere. Los Frogos's Mattias Jansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Los Frogos from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the match, Los Frogos's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Mattias Jansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mattias Jansson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Jansson having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Frogos made a substitution. Conny Kullgren replaced Marcus Ekblom. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Mårtensson in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Los Frogos getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Christoffer Mårtensson hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the game, Joseph Johansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Frogos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Los Frogos getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Joseph Johansson hit a great ball. Haldun Bilen took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 96 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mattias Jansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
