Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 9th minute, Aurelio Montrelle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Aurelio Montrelle notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elpidio Segio came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. san isidro's Gösta Kihlberg was substituted for Aurelio Montrelle. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Kihlberg in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match san isidro got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gösta Kihlberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 39th minute, Gösta Kihlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The san isidro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Elpidio Segio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 42nd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gösta Kihlberg to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes san isidro got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Chorache. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Elpidio Segio in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ambrosio Viator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, san isidro's Gösta Kihlberg got a free kick in the 69th minute. With a little luck, san isidro's Elpidio Segio got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Elpidio Segio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Gösta Kihlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Sandaili in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the match san isidro got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gösta Kihlberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elvio Chorache kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, san isidro's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Elpidio Segio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, san isidro could leave the field as winners, despite Honduras having more of the ball for most of the match.
