Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zula Kosiorek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zula Kosiorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zula Kosiorek saved Szczakowianka from getting behind. Radowit Ogrodowicz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rolando Noboa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zula Kosiorek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Perkowski came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Elequemedo in the 22nd minute. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Chen Yan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Anthony Alvarado kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Szczakowianka's Robbin Moreaux got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Szczakowianka's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
