When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Felix Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's Sven Günther was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juan Sebastián Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Julio Vera acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 23rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lawrence Dobson. After a rather tough play, FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's Lawrence Dobson got a free kick in the 25th minute. Sven Günther made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play. 齐旭竞's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 31 played minutes FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW got a freekick which was hit by 齐旭竞. The audience thought a goal was coming when Les Mudd got free with Julio Vera in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iain Clarkson in the 35th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 齐旭竞 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lawrence Dobson was slow to take the kick. During this time FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven Günther read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's Sven Günther played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, 齐旭竞 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and 齐旭竞 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sven Günther, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Sven Günther when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's Iain Clarkson got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. During the 70th minute of the match Lawrence Dobson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lawrence Dobson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lawrence Dobson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iain Clarkson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Sven Günther, making the score, 0-3. Sven Günther made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 87th minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Iain Clarkson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iain Clarkson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ecuador played a much better game than FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW and deserved their victory. The FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
