In the 46th minute, 陆岚帆 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when 刘鹏洲 came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 江苏YZJ联队 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
