After having played for 5 minutes, Melkior Rothe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rossobianco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melkior Rothe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute Ismael Esdras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eduardo Medina came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Rossobianco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Medina couldn't finish the play. Richard Samaniego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 23 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Rossobianco players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 24 minutes of play Venezuela's Patricio Costa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 25th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Gervasio Frantzes sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Rossobianco's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Samaniego came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mateo Elequemedo who took care of the corner kick. Eduardo Medina made a great header on Rossobianco's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Rossobianco's Eduardo Medina was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 44 played minutes Rossobianco got a freekick which was hit by Melkior Rothe. Gervasio Frantzes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gervasio Frantzes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Mateo Elequemedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rossobianco and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Illescas walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 56 minutes into the game, Ismael Esdras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes in the game Fernan Aureo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nemesio Azibar. 65 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Medina came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Elequemedo in the 68th minute of the match. Gervasio Frantzes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Melkior Rothe kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Richard Samaniego made a huge save. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Eduardo Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Gervasio Frantzes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rossobianco had won after a very even match.
