Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Pankracy Liberko sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, ATLAS Mysłowice's Zdzislaw Wojtyna got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerônimo Lucas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. ATLAS Mysłowice's Jerônimo Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Miralles in the 8th minute of play. In the 8thth minute of the game Miguel Miralles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ATLAS Mysłowice's Jerônimo Lucas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Cordarin in the 13th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pankracy Liberko got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Igor Nowakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerônimo Lucas saved ATLAS Mysłowice from getting behind. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute Paulino Cordarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 26th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerônimo Lucas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerônimo Lucas. Jerônimo Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 38th match minute, ATLAS Mysłowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Przemyslaw Wieczorek to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Przemyslaw Wieczorek in the 41st minute. In the 44th match minute, ATLAS Mysłowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pankracy Liberko to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Cordarin in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Przemyslaw Wieczorek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ATLAS Mysłowice's Jerônimo Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Pankracy Liberko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Miguel Miralles struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Jerônimo Lucas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo Lucas having to interfere. A collision led to ATLAS Mysłowice getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Igor Nowakowski hit a great ball. When Witomir Lampa fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLAS Mysłowice's protests and gave Witomir Lampa a yellow card for diving instead. Witomir Lampa hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. ATLAS Mysłowice made a substitution. Örjan Vestlund replaced Pankracy Liberko. After a rather tough play, ATLAS Mysłowice's Witomir Lampa got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ATLAS Mysłowice's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerônimo Lucas came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Vestlund in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ATLAS Mysłowice's goalkeeper Jerônimo Lucas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Panama booed when ATLAS Mysłowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Cordarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, ATLAS Mysłowice's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Jerônimo Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Przemyslaw Wieczorek came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Przemyslaw Wieczorek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ATLAS Mysłowice.
