Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Henrique de Lima started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Henrique de Lima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 4th minute Donzela de Ferro FBPA were awarded a corner. Tomás Amaral went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Tomás Amaral almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. In the 7th minute, Orlando Casaus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalie prevented a goal. Donzela de Ferro FBPA were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomás Amaral took the corner. After having played for 26 minutes, Henrique de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique de Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Carlos Germano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrique de Lima in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. When Henrique de Lima came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Donzela de Ferro FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique de Lima couldn't finish the play. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 43rd minute of the match. After 46 minutes, Mariano Lacasa made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Casaus got free with Carlos Germano in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th play minute Mariano Lacasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carlos Germano. 0-2. With 63 minutes on the clock, Alan Tamayo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chile! The referee gave Donzela de Ferro FBPA a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tomás Amaral, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. 1-2. 71 minutes into the game, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Henrique de Lima nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Orlando Casaus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Germano came out and tried to block the shot, but Orlando Casaus slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 76th minute. Carlos Germano made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Orlando Casaus sent off a good shot on target. When Chile's Orlando Casaus in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalie prevented a goal. Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Casaus in the 87th minute. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Donzela de Ferro FBPA from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Donzela de Ferro FBPA.
