Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Silvio Ortle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The corner led Venezuela's Joshua Secada to fire away a dangerous shot which Silvio Ortle despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 10th minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jefferson Terra fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Conakry FC's Marian Czekaj. But to his dismay, Marian Czekaj quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Geoffrey Robillard kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 24th minute Conakry FC were awarded a corner. Fernan Pierres went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Gary Levine managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Ortle having to interfere. Conakry FC's Silvio Ortle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Patricio Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvio Ortle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jonathan Venegas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Conakry FC's Silvio Ortle did a great save. Geoffrey Robillard lost his temper 37 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Conakry FC! Conakry FC:s Silvio Ortle showed great skill when he stopped Tomas Illescas:s penalty. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Franco Crispino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Marian Czekaj made the kick off in the second half. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Czekaj in the 54th minute of play. Marian Czekaj took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Salvador Gisbert hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Silvio Ortle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Ortle was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 76th match minute, Conakry FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Crispino to maneuver through the defense. Franco Crispino hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Conakry FC were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernan Pierres took the corner. With a little luck, Conakry FC's Silvio Ortle got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Alex Chicote threw the ball into play from the sideline. Conakry FC's Fernan Pierres quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Gary Levine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2.
