Caio Dante scored 2-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paijo Sutrisna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Paijo Sutrisna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Paijo Sutrisna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 51st minute of the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after SAPI FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Warsidi Oktavianus made a great header on SAPI FC's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paijo Sutrisna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Paijo Sutrisna successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 83rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Antonio Arias managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. SAPI FC's Paijo Sutrisna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save SAPI FC from getting a goal against them. Paijo Sutrisna was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 85 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Paijo Sutrisna in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paijo Sutrisna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 94th minute.
