Elói Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Vaz kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Elói Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Elói Miranda. SALIMEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The throw-in from Nuno Vaz in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Elói Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Vaz made in the 25th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Faustino Gerazan however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulisses Sabóia got free with Rolando Noboa in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, SALIMEN's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Elói Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Gerazan. Elói Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of the match. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Ulisses Sabóia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elói Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milagros Fraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute of the match Peru got a corner. SALIMEN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elói Miranda came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Milagros Fraga. But to his dismay, Milagros Fraga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Nuno Vaz made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Ulisses Sabóia made the kick off in the second half. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nuno Vaz in the 52 minute of the game. In the 53rd minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Elói Miranda. SALIMEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 57 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elói Miranda, 0-5. In the 61st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elói Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Moises Gayoso threw the ball into play from the sideline. SALIMEN's César Catarinense quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. SALIMEN's İldeniz Davutoğlu was substituted for Ulisses Sabóia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 70th minute of play forced SALIMEN's goalkeeper Elói Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes in the game Nuno Vaz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nicolas Bittencourt. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Elói Miranda made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Cláudio Pimenta made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The SALIMEN supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
