The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgilio Pacifico was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Narciso Sindo sent off a good shot on target. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Sindo went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score.
