Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arnaldo Firman got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 11th minute of play forced El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's goalkeeper Gaudencio Flor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Juan Sebastián Puig heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a rather tough play, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Martin Pirmin got a free kick in the 14th minute. El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Gaudencio Flor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Humberto Valente sent off a good shot on target. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Agustín Saelices scored 0-4 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaudencio Flor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaudencio Flor came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Mariano Selmo got a free kick in the 46th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

After some careless play in the El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaudencio Flor. The referee ignored El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's protests and gave Bruno Afonso a yellow card for diving instead. Gaudencio Flor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 84th minute of the match. After 85 minutes El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Gaudencio Flor got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Andino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 93rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Flor came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa.
