The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Benjamin Edur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Benjamin Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, 【E ➣VERON 11's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Benjamin Edur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 【E ➣VERON 11 made a substitution. Modesto Constancio replaced Nestor Harkaitz. Benjamin Edur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Alberto Tafalla came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benjamin Edur could save by the left post. With a little luck, 【E ➣VERON 11's Benjamin Edur got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benjamin Edur made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Jonas Hjeltman charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Hjeltman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benjamin Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Benjamin Edur made a huge save. After a rather tough play, 【E ➣VERON 11's Cornel Ghiurutan got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in 【E ➣VERON 11's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Edur came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cornel Ghiurutan struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 【E ➣VERON 11. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Edur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Edur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 91st minute of the match. Benjamin Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico played a much better game than 【E ➣VERON 11 and deserved their victory. The 【E ➣VERON 11 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
