Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. Dionisio Ondino came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Moises Tafalla. But to his dismay, Moises Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Romulo Jayvier made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Vinicio Luzaide immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to Elite Azulgrana getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Cristian Clementi hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, Honduras's Sebastian Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Ondino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Matos in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Ondino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Pastor Sagrario left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elite Azulgrana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Pastor Sagrario did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 32 minutes into the match. Pastor Sagrario's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pastor Sagrario helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Pastor Sagrario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pastor Sagrario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Romulo Jayvier fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elite Azulgrana's protests and gave Romulo Jayvier a yellow card for diving instead. Romulo Jayvier kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Villa got free with Dionisio Ondino in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Elite Azulgrana booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pastor Sagrario took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Romulo Jayvier made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Juan Ignacio Mercier immediately put the ball in play. 75 minutes into the match, Elite Azulgrana's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Dionisio Ondino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Matos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 81st minute, Juan Ignacio Mercier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Honduras's Dionisio Ondino threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luca Espinar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dionisio Ondino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 88th minute of play forced Elite Azulgrana's goalkeeper Dionisio Ondino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Loramendi in the 90th minute of play. Aureliano Loramendi kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Many of Honduras's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Honduras may have spent more time on the ball, but Elite Azulgrana were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
