Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thorsten Borak during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Thorsten Borak hit a great ball. Tino Kremmers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s goalie and right to Daniel Zorita. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tino Kremmers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tino Kremmers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 14 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tino Kremmers was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s goalie prevented a goal. When Jannik Hermann fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s protests and gave Jannik Hermann a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Cristian Sancho put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tino Kremmers. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 25th minute. Tino Kremmers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tino Kremmers was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doctor Kabini in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play forced ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s goalkeeper Tino Kremmers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tino Kremmers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doctor Kabini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tino Kremmers was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tino Kremmers came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jannik Hermann was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. After 58 played minutes ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ got a freekick which was hit by Jannik Hermann. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Tino Kremmers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 70th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tino Kremmers. The goal made the score 0-8. In the 73rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tino Kremmers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Michael Lauterwasser managed to get in a good position for a shot. ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Michael Lauterwasser was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 minutes, Kay Schellander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kay Schellander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s goalkeeper Tino Kremmers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s goalkeeper Tino Kremmers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Ecuador played a much better game than ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ and deserved their victory. The ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
