Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenzo Badas made in the 9th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Matheus Queirós. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Matheus Queirós tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliseo Mina struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Genaro Abendano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. In the 24th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Abendano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Genaro Abendano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Lorenzo Badas with Matheus Queirós as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 31st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Abendano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Abendano. Genaro Abendano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Genaro Abendano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milagros Fraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Genaro Abendano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute RomoLerouX UniteD UXX were awarded a corner. Edwin Romaza went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 47th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Abendano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalkeeper Genaro Abendano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milagros Fraga. Genaro Abendano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Badas made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Genaro Abendano came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Luz Tejedor. But to his dismay, Luz Tejedor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 67th minute Ender Yalçın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Romaza in the 69th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Ender Yalçın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's attack was well implemented in the 70th minute, but when Ender Yalçın was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Genaro Abendano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milagros Fraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Romaza in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalkeeper Genaro Abendano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Diego Quintianan was substituted for Edgardo Hilari. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lorenzo Badas, made in the 84th minute of the game. Genaro Abendano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Gallo in the 85th minute. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ender Yalçın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ender Yalçın scored 1-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Genaro Abendano came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Antonio Tenorio. But to his dismay, Antonio Tenorio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RomoLerouX UniteD UXX throughout the match.
