Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bartolo Basualdo got the match started through his kick off. Hermann Hesse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Bartolo Basualdo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Emesto Bodes made in the 10th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nils Gielis immediately put the ball in play. Eliseo Mina made in the 17th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Moises Gayoso. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Basualdo in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Peru:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo Popolizio FBC:s goal. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermann Hesse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Basualdo in the 38th minute of play. After 39 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cris Ronaldo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Cris Ronaldo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Cris Ronaldo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 46th minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermann Hesse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermann Hesse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Basualdo came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Basualdo in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Hermann Hesse in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Murillo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hermann Hesse came out and tried to block the shot, but Julian Murillo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 70th minute. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hermann Hesse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's goalkeeper Hermann Hesse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milagros Fraga. After 78 minutes Deportivo Popolizio FBC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Hermann Hesse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Popolizio FBC from getting a goal against them. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olly Morgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olly Morgan in the 84th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjørn Trondsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 88 minutes, Cris Ronaldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Popolizio FBC and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Deportivo Popolizio FBC got a freekick which was hit by Cris Ronaldo. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Cris Ronaldo got a free kick in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olly Morgan in the 92nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
