Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) CA Twister Rodríguez's Gonzalo Ramond started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Gonzalo Ramond tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when 秦青斌 got free with Julio Vera in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The attack was good, but when Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 16th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Camerino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herminio Camerino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 21st minute, Ecuador's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 秦青斌 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gonzalo Ramond who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Twister Rodríguez's Gonzalo Ramond. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Ramond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 秦青斌's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. 33 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herminio Camerino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, CA Twister Rodríguez's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Laureano Tabor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Angelo Artaldo was slow to take the kick. During this time CA Twister Rodríguez's players had a chance to rest. 44 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 秦青斌. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Gonzalo Ramond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Gonzalo Ramond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Camerino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by CA Twister Rodríguez's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Herminio Camerino quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Agustín Saelices could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Herminio Camerino made a huge save. Herminio Camerino made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Camerino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Herminio Camerino made a huge save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 秦青斌, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Herminio Camerino came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 65th minute. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Herminio Camerino could save by the left post. Herminio Camerino made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Herminio Camerino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. CA Twister Rodríguez's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Cristian Sancho managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Herminio Camerino was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-3. Herminio Camerino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Tauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Artaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Artaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angelo Artaldo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Twister Rodríguez's goalkeeper Herminio Camerino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CA Twister Rodríguez throughout the match.
